How the 20% performance fee works

At the end of every day, we look at your realized profit from trades the system was involved in. If you finished in profit, you pay 20% of that. If you finished flat or down, you owe nothing.

  • We measure profit on a per-calendar-day basis (UTC).
  • Only realized profits count. Open positions do not trigger a fee until you close them.
  • Losses on one day never carry over — every day is independent.
  • You pay manually via Binance UID transfer to keep things transparent.
  • You can pause or revoke API access any time. The fee only applies to profitable days when the system was active.

A worked example

Three days. Two profitable, one losing. Here is what you would pay.

DayPnL20% FeeYou keep
Monday+$120.00$24.00$96.00
Tuesday-$45.00$0.00-$45.00
Wednesday+$60.00$12.00$48.00
3-day total+$135.00$36.00$99.00

On a winning day the 20% comes off the top. On a losing day you keep the whole loss. Nothing to set up, nothing to refund.

How that stacks up
